Adult Program Calendar 2024-2025

 

ALL Adult Courses at the Dalcroze School of the Music and Movement begin September 9, 2024 and continue through May 23, 2024. We will take breaks on the following weeks:

  • Fall Break: October 13-18, 2024

  • Thanksgiving Break:  November 17-30, 2024

  • Winter Break:  December 15, 2024-January 5, 2025

  • Spring Break:  March 7-15, 2024

Come and see what we’re all about! You’re welcome to drop in and attend any Adult Enrichment course that works in your schedule. Please contact us for more info, and bring cash or a check to the class. Individual drop-in participants are welcome at a cost of $30 per class (student drop-in rates are $20 per class). 

All Adult Enrichment Eurhythmics courses are held on Sundays, 4:00-5:30 PM, Central Time. The first two meetings (September 15 and October 6) will be held at McKinney Elementary (14748 Lynn McKinney Way Aledo, TX 76008). However, the remaining classes for the Academic Year will be held downtown Dallas at 160 Continental Ave. Dallas, TX 75027. Please contact us for more information.

DSM Professional Studies Program

  • Weekly courses in Solfège and Improvisation take place throughout the Academic Year. These are scheduled individually with the director. All registered students will submit their availability to the director upon registration.  We will choose a day/time that will work best for students and faculty .

  • Sunday Classes for Eurhythmics and Pedagogy are grouped by level. All students should come to their assigned levels, but everyone is encouraged to attend all classes for continued development.
